Last Friday, I went book shopping with Colleen in search of (food) photography information and general reading material...first at Barnes and Noble, then the used book store nearby. This used bookstore is ridiculous. It's gigantic and wonderfully organized and I'm pretty sure I could spend hours in there...books all organized by genre and alphabetically by author, tons of CDs, DVDs, and records...I wish I lived closer to it. And/or had a job there.
I left with a book that Colleen recommended by Jonathan Franzen, as well as the record pictured in the last photo (but more on that later). No food photography books, but I did just order one on Half.com yesterday...Plate to Pixel by Helene Dujardin. Expect plenty of food shots to come!
I need to look in my Nook and see what food photography book I have... it's good, not that I really know anything about food photography to say that it isn't...
