la vache microcreamery














Back in October I had the pleasure of meeting up with my friend Stephanie to take a few photos for her new small-batch caramel business, La Vache Microcreamery.  She is hand-making a variety of caramels, incorporating local and seasonal ingredients and doing it all without the use of corn syrup or preservatives.  I love a classic sea salt caramel, but also really enjoyed the lavender honey flavor, and of course loved photographing these beautiful little treats.  LVM caramels are hitting farmers markets this holiday season and I think they will be a big hit.  Excited to see this local small business take off!
