Tara and Tripper's Virginia Tech wedding took place on a beautiful, sunny day at the end of May. They exchanged vows inside the War Memorial chapel on campus, and then we headed out to various spots around the school with their 16-person wedding party for portraits--we were even able to get into Lane Stadium and take photos on the field! Their reception followed at the Pete Dye River Course of Virginia Tech, where cocktails and dinner were followed by a lot of dancing and a sparkler sendoff at the end of the night. It was a fantastic celebration of this couple (who had been together 8.5 years before tying the knot) and what a great excuse to visit Blacksburg and my alma mater!
