It's been strawberry season for a little while now (I guess it's winding down? To be honest I don't know) and I've been meaning to find a great recipe for strawberry ice cream since the day I got my ice cream machine. Finally...finally! a pretty pink concoction. I adapted the recipe from something I found online (and as a matter of fact, it's posted over on the Flavor Magazine Blog today...which I've been curating for weeks but finally wrote a post of my own) and mixed it up this morning. I can't wait to share this delicious treat! :)
